My sister has a flight tomorrow morning and she's suffering from ear pain, with a little pus coming from her ear. She's also saying that voices sound very loud now. What should she do to travel comfortably on an airplane, considering flying puts a lot of pressure on the ears and the flight is very long? Please suggest something for her. Thanks in advance.

eardrum is perforated if puss is coming out as in ASOM. Use a course of antibiotics pain killers antiallergic and nasal spray esp during flight
In order to have a safe flight she should go to an ENT specialist at the earliest.
