Ear Problem Wistling Iear Every Time

I have ear problem . Whistles ring in the ear every time . There is a lot of noise in quiet times..I have checked many doctors but say it's a fungal some says v problem. And some doctor says its brain issu...i have many priscriptions of difrent doctors .I have also done an MRI and other whisling test .After taking different medicines, the problem is that now I am very dizzy all day.i attached all the v of all docters pl help me ..i am in trublbe
