I'm having wax in ear , used soda glycerine twics ,it caused pain in ear , was avoiding doctor because previously I had wax removed from dr by suction , it caused permanent hearing loss in one ear , now I'm worried should I stop using soda glycerine for wax removal? Please guide me
Please show to another ent spec for opinion. I think previous one just failed to explain to you the disease you are suffering from.
Soda glycerine is used to soften the Wax. it doesn't remove the Wax. you need to visit ENT doctor for wax removal once it gets soft

ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS BAD EXPERIENCE ,ALL I CAN SAY IT IS VERY UNLIKELY TO CAUSE HEARING LOSS ON PERMENANT BASIS..YOU NEED TO GET HEARING TEST DONE FOR IT

Yes i did that hearing test , there was no prob apparently, Dr told me suction. Can cause prob in middle ear and slowly I.lost hearing in one year ,not right after wax removal but after some time my hearing was gone,

Unable to share pic here of audiogram, but it showed big gap in right ear, first my dr said it's otitis media effusion, then they examined and asked me to use hearing aid as there was prob in middle ear, I'm 30 years old , had no history of infections, sudden hearing loss must be cause of some underlying condition, i was told due to suction. In that ear this has happened, that's why I'm.scared for my left ear for wax removal,

Use soda glycerine drops 6-8 drops three to four times daily for 2-3 days. see ent specialist.
pls use side glycerine ear drops 10 drops every 2 hourly it dissolve wax become soft and use cotton bud gently
