Talk to Ent Specialist on Ent Issue Is Causing Problems Inside Mouth

I will be thankful if someone can go through my case ??

History: - I have Tinnitus issue for the last 6 years, don't know if it's Tinnitus or anything else, but a doctor told me that it's Tinnitus. - I had an ear taste in Karachi 6 years ago and followed some prescription of a few doctors. but not continusly. - The reason why i am unable to be in contact with a doctor continuously is that i live near Tharparker, Sindh. or yahan ENT k doctors nhi. I have to travel 3 or 6 hours to reach Hyderabad or karachi respectively to consult a doctor and this is the thing that i am unable to do.

NOW: - I want to be in touch continuously with a doctor online. don't know if online doctors can help me, because this is something jo onsite doctors analyze krky medicine suggest krty?

CURRENT ISSUE: - Mere 2no ears main Setti ka sound rehta hy, but right-ear me boht zyada hy. - I am feeling like koi zakham horha hy meri right-cheek main hi, inside mouth, close to right-ear. i am unable to open my mouth
