Talk to Ent Specialist on Persistent Sore Throat

i have persistent sore throat from MAY, I have tested for COVID thrice but all time it's negative. I have taken kalarcid,amoxline, and azomax as antibiotics as suggested by doctors, in addition to that also have taken anti fungal and anti allergy medicine but sore throat is not going away. I had my tonsils removed back in 2017 but i can now see small mass growth at removed tonsils place,please suggested me what can I do now.I can also feeling some thing pickering on my left side of throat .
