You are mainly complaining of halitosis. You need to be thoroughly examined by a good ent and also need ct scan PNS to rule out any sinus problem.
Only then treatment can be suggested.
Till then just do saline douching of nose and sinuses. With salt half tsf and soda bicarb. (watch saline douching on YouTube)
