Vertigo is very complex and cause is difficult to diagnose. If ct and mri is normal then we should look for ent causes. Any ear problems?

As per the history, it looks like an ENT issue which is related to the change in position which is worse on the left side. So have an ENT review again if symptoms persist and she complains of other symptoms such as headaches, muscle weakness, neck stiffness, and jerky movements then do visit a neurologist.
