Talk to Ent Specialist on Something Feels In Throat

Wanted to ask, i feel something in my throat right in middle areawhen im drinking water, since yesterday. i dont feel it with food, i tried to check with my finger and i think i felt it was my epiglotis, i feel like epiglotis touches the base of throat/tongue that causes this feeling. Is this possible? Or is it something else? It doesnt hurt it just feels uncomfortable when i feel something in my throat. I go to ent specialist he said that your epiglottis is perfectly fine.. Than what is in my neck?? And feels dtuck in throat... And sometimes it cause more discomfort and make me little breathless... Plzzz help me...
