Talk to Ent Specialist on Tonsills Swelling

I have swollen tonsills from last 3 weeks... i have been takin antibiotic antiallergic from last 2 weeks. Pain and inflamtion have gone but still tonsills are swollen.. my tongue is white and dry slightly swollen... i have been facing dry throat nad mouth from last 2 3 months.. after taking medication dryness of mouth is very less.. what could be the reason of swollen tonsills with no pain.. is cavity of tooth can be a reason.. but i have no tooth pain
