This type of congenital deformity is usually dealt by a plastic surgeon, but I assure you not to worry as most of these deformities spontaneously get corrected as the child grows older.

I tried to open fold but root of helix and triangularis fossa is packed in single skin layer. This case is same with both ears. If i go to plastic surgeon
1. how much it cost?
2. Is it simple cut on covering skin or some complex surgery?
3. what should age of baby for this surgery?
4. Should i treat one ear at one time? Or both ears at same time?
5. What can be worst case if i leave it without treatment?

Only a plastic surgeon can tell you about the cost and the complexity of the surgery. The minimum age should be above one year. Both ears should be can be done at the same time. The cartilage of pinna is very soft in newborns. In my opinion just wait and see, it may get better.
