salaam. sir meray naak se paani aata hai aor us ka mein ne test karwaya hai "Nasal secretion for CSF fluid" us mein high aaya hai aor mujay doctor ne operation ka bola hai wo kehtay hain k maathay ko kaat kr operation ho ga aor mein dosray ENT k pass gaya to unhon ne bola k naak wali side se graft patch lgay ga... ab muje ye samaj ni aa rhi k kin se operation aik baat k muje ye paani 3 se 4 months k bad aata kia es k liye operation zarori hai? aor itni he miqdaar mein aata hai jitni es attach picture mein hai.
CSF rhinorrea should be operated ASAP. Please get comsultation for surgery
app neurosurgeon se consult kary. abhy yah investigation enough nhy.. ct scan koch aur test ho ge . abhy jis jaga se secretions arahy he osy trace karna he... better to consult with neurosurgeon...

So site of leakage is confirmed so contact with Ent surgeon who’s experienced in FESS ( functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery)

First have a detailed report about the fluid to confirm it’s CSF , if confirmed than radiological to locate its site /tract by contrast CT Scan and then repair or close the area of draining csf , now a days endoscopic repair is done by ENT surgeon also, you can consult with ENT surgeon who is doing endoscopic sinus surgery
