U should see an ENT specialist soon,preferably within one week of injury..
When was the injury? if recent and there is deformity then Manipulation under anaesthetic can fix the problem. If the fracture is old and there is a deformity, then a Rhinoplasty will be needed to fix the problem.

if your nasal bone is broken (injured) then if it is displaced or not.
if not displaced and no blockage then no need of intervention.
if it is broken and displaced then there are 2 results (causing blockage or not).
if displaced and not causing blockage and does not bother u then no need of treatment.
if displaced and causing blockage then u can go for septorhinoplasty.
