Talk to Ent Surgeon on Swollen Lymph-nodes

One lymph node in my neck on right side is swollen for many years, i went to ENT and he said its nothing. But the lymph node is quite big and doesn't go away it shrinks sometimes, but i can still feel it. Whereas, i cant feel anything on the left side at the same area. There is also a one behind ear, that one is quite tiny(also permanently enlarged). The one in neck was causing a slight pain so i just wanted to know is it Allright?
