Hello Dr. Sahib Good head, I have mucus and fiber in my throat all the time. Thanks for the question. you need a proper checkup by ENT consultant. however you can use a few medications for some relief meanwhile.
Hivate Nasal Spray- 2 sprays in each nostril once a day for 2 weeks
Tab. Softin OD 1 tablet daily at bed time.
You can also take plain water steam once or twice a day for releif of congestion.
