Talk to Ent Surgeon on Voice Disorder

I have 2 voices one is feminine, childish and high pitch and other adult and low pitch. I feel pain in adult voice and pressure in child voice. Ent doctor say talk with adult voice and pain will go away or see a speech therapist i talk with adult voice for one year but pain didnt go away so i see a speech therapist but i didnt get better. he said final solution is surgery but i cant find a doctor who does surgery for my condition they say i will get better in year but i dont have time it is affecting life my studies and mental health i dont have time.
