My 2 years old son was having a fever i gave him ibuprofen and fever is no more. But he was having a sore throat and now hes having a phlegmy cough but he can not through up the cough. Im giving him ibuprofen and coferb syrup. What should i give him its been 3 days and his cough not getting better.
