Talk to Ent Specialist on Keloid Behind Ear Piercing

Aoa i have a keloid behind my ear where the piercing was same as in the picture. I want to get it surgically removed as soon as possible. I will be coming to Pakistan on January the 24th Inshaa Allah. How much time does it take to heal after surgery. The keloid is quiet big and the injections wont get rid of it soon. Is there any specialist in rawalpindi/Islamabad region who I can consult with before landing or if I can book an appointment with a doctor there who can perform the surgery as soon as possible. Wms, yes these keloid need surgical excision n after excision the skin will be stitched n stitches will be removed after 7 days n it will heal in about 7 days
N steroids inj after excision can reduce the risk of recurrence
