Doctor I had bleeding from my left nose yesterday and when I close the right nostril and blow from left one motor type of sound comes like something is jam and I feel I am not able to take steam inhalation as well from that part .to mention I am having smell taste loss as well from past few days .please suggest what should I do as I am not able to smell anything it's hampering the quality of life and also please suggest medicines .

Doctor my nose remains very dry and I even went for covid test and result is negative .I have dry nose and at night sometimes it becomes difficult to sleep as well so I use decongestant and little bit nose opens up and I can sleep .also getting loss of smell and taste it's been 8 days
