Talk to Ent Specialist on Related To Ear

Hello Doctor,My mother is experiencing visel type voices continuously from Ear,and sometimes specially mornings and when she is tired this voices some fluid is coming out from her ear for sometime now,we showed to doctors,they gave drops but no improvements and saying it's because of advice on this,and she has once used Notropil medicine which she found it quite helpful,so can she take this medicine,ll wait for reply thanks.
