Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Islamabad
Symptoms* : Had flu, cough, sore throat with 99.5 to 100 fever since 12 days. *Medication* : Took azomax 250mg 1+1 for 3 days & cough is gone. *NOW* : Severe headache started since 5 days which only goes away for 12 hours after a panadol , fever remains 99.1 only. Headache comes back later with same Severity after 12 hours of panadol. -Oxygen 98 on oximeter -B.P 100/72 -Heartrate : 87 - PCR : NEGATIVE -Smell/Taste is absolutely fine.
CONCERN: Bloody mucus in Post Nasal Drip.( Green & Yellowish Mucus with Fresh Red Blood, and More Blood than Mucus, I can say, 90% Mucus type blood and 10% greenish mucus)
Questions: -What can it be? - which tests should i get done? - blood started to appear after i finished 3rd day Azomax Dose. Now its turning darker & more in quantity.
XRAY ATTACHED. Picture of Mucus attached, however sorry for this photo, in need of good advice. Blood is more in quantity now than the photo. Getting mucus every 6 hours.

Tab Enoxabid 400 mg 1+1, for 1 Week,
Tab Tonoflex P 1+1,
Tab Kestine 20 mg, once daily
Infective sinusitis bcz of post nasal secretions, headache and fever. Covid is-ve as per report so it is advise to get thorough examination Nose & Nasopharyngeal area for bloody sections to exclude any lesion. How ever u start Cap Transamine 500mg twice a day, Tab Augmantin 625 mg three times a day for 7 days,
