Talk to Eye Specialist on Amblyopia-

I am a 22 yr old unmarried female. I was diagnosed with myopia , squint and amblyopia when I was 6 yrs old. I was given glasses and asked to do patching of my lazy eye. I didn't do patching. I had squint surgery in 2010 ,14 yrs ago. My squint was gone after the surgery. But it has come back now after 14 years , me and my surrounding people have noticed it since last year. My prescription glasses has also stablised since last year its -3 in left eye and -3.5 in right eye. My question is that is there anything that can be done to fix the squint? Will vision therapy be beneficial for me?
