Talk to Eye Specialist on Amniotic Neural Transplant

An epileptic lady fell on stove during fits, severely burnt her face, regular dressings filling her scars but her right eye is perforated due to burning with severe pain in eye.... kindly suggest any good reasonable hospital where she can get perforating surgery and amniotic neural transplant in reasonable price but with good care.... as she is non-affording?? Help plz, eye of a poor lady can be saved by your co-operation.....
