Bump On Eyelid

Question

Bump occurred on my upper eyelid more thn 20 days ago I thought it's shyd it will vanish by its own i had swelling and pain as well with passing days swelling was reduced now there is no swelling but I still have bump on my eyelid please suggest me medicine for it I am scared that GOD forbid i have to go through surgery thanks in advance

Okay this condition is lid infection called chalazion. Kindly use hot compression  3 tines daily 5 minutes each time and use this medicines as well. Eyebradex eye drops 1 drop TDS for 1 week, Ocumox eye ointment at bed time for 1 week, Tab. Augmentin 375 mg TDS for 3 days and Tab. Caflam 50 mg BD for 2 days.
