Lid hygiene is very important
hot fomentation means
Apply a warm compress to the affected eyelid for 10–15 minutes, 4–6 times daily.
Gently massage the eyelid after the warm compress.
Keep the eyelids clean and avoid rubbing the eye.
Do not squeeze or try to pop the lump.
If the swelling becomes painful, red, increases in size, affects vision, or does not improve within a 2 to 3 months, visit hospital.
