Talk to Eye Specialist on Closing Of Eyelids

For more than 3 weeks, my eyes are getting closed when I blink. I’m better in the morning but as the day passes, my eyes tend to close, I open the eyes forcefully, (both eyes), doctors here are saying you are having severe dry eyes, they have given artificial tear drops but that is not working, please let me know what to do?
