I just got my first ever contact lenses. The shopkeeper told me that I can wear them for a year but everywhere on internet everyone is saying that they shouldnt be kept for so please tell me after how much time can we change our lenses. Thay are quite expensive so changing them monthly is really costly.
why contact lenses? you can use glasses as well
contact lenses are not so good in our environment due to polluted air...use them not frequently...take good care of them..use same solution as provided by optician and wash these frequently..
