Talk to Eye Specialist on Drooping Eyelid

Left eye lid is droopy. Is there any procedure to fix it? What are the symtoms when one has to start worrying about it? I get issues when i am using my phine or computer. It gets further down and obviously vision does not stays the same. It feels like when one watches with eye half close. I initially noticed it around 2005. (P. S In 2015 i had RPK but i consulted eye specialists for this issue as well. But they told me not to worry about it, at that time).
