Talk to Eye Specialist on Evaporative Dry Eye After Femto Lasik (3 Months Post-Op)

I have developed evaporative dry eye(Only Right one) after Femto Lasik (3 months Post-Op). I am Using Systane ED but its not working for me in this eye and get evaporated in few mins. I am also facing starburst and light sensitivity issue at night. My right eye starts burning in bright enviroment. An eye specialist has diagnosed my with MGD. I'm really worried, is it temporary and how to cure it??
