My brother had NLD block he underwent surgery DCR with stent placement 4 months back and now has complain of excessive tearing from the same eye and swelling. He took antibiotics for 15 days both oral and topical but isnt improving

If it is not improving after DCR operations
Then can be failed DCR try to get washed with sac syringe by ophthalmologist it might help. Otherwise redo of DCR operation might be required
