my mother got contract surger two days ago. how much time it will take to open eye completely. because she has little swallow on eye. next day of surger doc checked and said that surgery is ok. but eye is little swallow. plz guide.

cataract surgery usually have mild post op inflammation but the patient may take 3 to 4 days to get used to new lens if everything else is alright.as u mentioned that ur surgeon is satisfied and he must have prescribed the patient anti inflammatory drugs both oral as well as drops....so hopefully patient will get better in 3 to 4 days. its always better if u post a photograph of patients eye for better opinion.
