My 9 months old son his left eye turning reddish there is no pain I guess cause he's not crying please suggest an eye drop it's almost 2 days now we have applied ployfax last night but there is no such betterment we see.

Use antibiotic eye drops moxifloxacin eye drops twice a day for 1 wk if it gets better no worries otherwise better visit any eye specialist near you

His right side eye also turn red now little watering discharge for the left side now
