Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Is Getting Red

Assalamualikum I wanted ask a question on behalf of a girl whom I wants to marry in Future. The problem is that when She expose to sunlight her eye becomes red. Also same situations happen when she goes near oven (fire) or expose to hit. Currently She is using drops for this purpose. My Question is that, is this problem is serious in the long term in the future and can it transfer genetically to off springs.
