Salam . My daughter is 6 years old. Recently found out about her macular scar in left eye that was there before birth. I am aware it is untreatable and the squint is also linked to it. Her right eye is perfect. I just want to ask if i need to inform this to school in the health care form? Wondering if she will need assistance in seeing the white board or sports in particular. Please guide
