Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Pain When Moving Eyes

Hello. I have eye pain for 2 days now. I’m not sure why it’s happening. I do spend a lot of time infront of my laptop screen but this has not happened before and Im not sure if thats even related. There is no redness in my eyes and I can easily open them but the main problem is when I move my eyes even a little, it burns. So rolling my eyes, or if I focus on anything (extra ghoor se dekhna) then it hurts. Please recommend me something and suggest whats wrong with them, I am really reluctant on getting it checked in person because we have a covid peak where I live.
