Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Problem

Its a post from my brother: I'm 19 years old I'm a university student who goes to university I use computer and mobile but computer a lot I also wear blue glasses to protect from screen light My eyesight is -3.5 and -3 But I don't have any eyesight weakness . I see a dot or two Infront of my glasses and they are very visible in bright light . They look like mosquitoes but they are not I also went to doctor for checkup and he suggested me some medicine and drops but that didn't work. They also said that it won't harm you , it is harmless as it is not affecting your eye and it maybe due to stress on eyes or weakness of eyes. What should I do ?
