My 3.5 month old baby boy does not move his eyes with the objects and has poor fluctation to he see us and passes a smile and grab our finger placed infront of him his eye ball does not corelate with each other and ball even vibrates some time

Salam ji mostly this happens when eyesights is too weak since birth or
parents are having eye sights as well
Second most common condition is either squint (bhainga pann) or night
blimdness if parents r cosuin mariage
So all this vibration is due to poor vision
So plz visit nearby eye specialist
And exam under anesthesia should b done as soon as possible to rule out
poor vision
