My brother got injury in childhood and lost the vision of right eye. eye becomes complete white (phthisis Bulbi) . after 30 years from last ten months he sufferers from conjunction, seems like that there is small stones in eye . consult too much times with specialist but no relief. used moxifloxacin eye drops, dexamethasone + moxifloxacin, visogel, FML drops prescribed by doctors but no relief. is there any other medicines or safety measures please guide us .

Ok.. Put systane edps 4 times 2 drops a day.. For 1 month.. And lacrilube eye ointment at nite in this eye for 2 weeks..

Improvement is usully gradually.. It may take time but it will improve.. Dont stop the drugs abruptly.. Continue for prolong time for good reults
