This stye has possibly turned into chalazion. try oral medication and ointments but also do hot compresses atleast 4 times a day for 5-10 minutes. And if hot compresses don't help, get appointment with nearest eye surgeon.

In photo it looks like a chalazion. 1st do hot fomentation over this selling and then press/massage it in downard direction. Do this for 2 to 3 min3 to 4 times a day. Start using dexoflox eyedrop 4 times a day. For 2 weeks. if it still remain then get this examine first before any treatment. Some times it requires surgical drainage
