Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyes Alignment

Assalam O Alaikum! Dr. Sab mjay Childhood say Exotropia tha. 2014 & 2015 mn eyes alignments ki 2 surgeries hui. Alignment thik ho gyi thi minor say issue tha but wo judge krna mushkil hota tha. But last koi 6 months say I am feeling k wo issue xada ho rha hai. Currently facing problem: Mn Nazdeeq k object ko Dono sides say thk dekh skta ho but jaisay jaisay Object door hota jaye ga osay mn aik side say dekho to dosri side outward chli jati vise versa. I use eyesight glasses with 2.5 vision weakness. How to treat it?
