well both your symptoms can be inter related....as burning and itchy eyes can cause excessive blinking.
now itching and burning sensation in the eyes are due to multiple reasons as they are symptoms of conjunctival inflammation or dry eyes etc.

avoid excessive screen use and rubbing your eyes.
