my father age 60 have lense in his eyes before 4.5 years.. now he feels like something fly in front of his eyes that was not actully flying so what would b the diagnosis??
He is having floaters which are like a fly or mosquito moving here and there... they are due to disturbed vitreous fluid. if they are only 1 nd 2 no issue they will resolve on their own but if they are numerous or has decreased vision or diabetes then consult with ophthalmologist asap

most probably it's just a psychological floater. it will resolve itself without any harm to the eye or vision (actually the person will feel it normal with the passage of time). it can be due to some stress or anxiety. just ask your father to stay calm and counsel him that it will be resolved soon. still if he feel it worsen or increase in number or size, then only you need to visit the doctor for examination. (still if you want more satisfaction you can go for eye ultrasound and can show me).

Okay, Can I ask if he has diabetes or high blood pressure? He is having floaters rn (feels like flying flies). They move with an eye moment. If he is facing few floaters then it would resolve on its own, but if they are more consult your nearest doctor

no he has normal blood pressure and no diabites.. the flotter is only one..
