my eyesight is getting weaker day by day. initially it was -1.75 and within 2 years its -5.25. every six month ma doctor ko b visit kr rahi hu. i have slight pressure and blurriness in my eyes too but meri eyesight stable nhi ho rhi. what could be the reason?please suggest some multivitamins to strengthen my eyes
