Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyesight, Lasik

Eye power as of July 2020 -6(right), -6.25(left) cyl-1 both, power increased in the last 2-3 years. I went to my doctor for lasik, however, after looking at the bulging in my left eye he gave me some gel and drops and wanted to make sure there is improvement. I went back after 2 months but same situation. I again went back after 6 months while I had continued with drops, there is mild improvement and my doctor said he might decide anytime to go ahead with the procedure. Report attached as of Feb 2021. Looking for a second opinion whether I should go ahead with lasik or not, a description if there is any problem and how it can be addressed, any cons there could be.
