Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyesight Test

I received eye checkup card from summer school of my 6 years old daughter which shows [Right: CYL: +0.75 & AXIS: 105] [Left: CYL: +0.75 & AXIS: 80]. I went to optical shop for eye glasses and he checked again and found different numbers [Right: CYL: +1.50 & AXIS: 10] [Left: CYL: +1.50 & AXIS: 175] and also prepare glasses accordingly. To remove confusion of both results, I went to two more opticians for eye test but their results was entirely different. Finally, I visited an eye specialist and he checked eyes on similar machine and told me that no need to use glasses and eye side is 0.25 only. I discussed my whole experience with eye specialist and he suggested me another test after 1 hour of using eye drops. I am totally confused and need your expert opinion on this matter.
