Hello I have been two months in this disease always little headache some times one side and some times two side and also my eyes ache when i watching phone two to five minutes so my eyes are tired and little ache blurring and blindness please tell me reasons why im suffering in this disease and solutions thanks
kindly go to the hospital or near by eye clinic and make sure they check you eyes and refraction.and while using your phone take sufficient rest for 20 minutes.after 20 minutes usage of phone
It can be due to a refractive error or a migraine ... but better get yourself checked first
do you get nausea and vomiting with it? and what type of headache is it

if the headache is mild and feels like heaviness on your head, then it's tension headache usually due to stress. if it is one sided or on both sides, severe, and throbbing, with nausea vomiting, and associated with inability to tolerate noise and light, then it's migraine

try using tablet cafergot, but you have to use it before you actually get the headache as in when you get the feeling that you ll get the headache soon. otherwise this tablet is useless
