I noticed something on the whites of my both eyes around a week ago. First I thought my eyes are dirty and I tried to wash it up and I rubbed my eyes several times but it doesn't even move. When I blink my eyes, it feels a little rough or dry to blink. What is this thing and what should I consider doing to treat this?
