Salam Dr's I am attaching a eye prescription for my son who is 5 year old can you please guide me is it too much powers for 5 year old? is glasses very much necessary for him? any other precautions should we take for his eyes? he is using 2.5 hours laptop daily for his online classes other then that no screen time

This not a too much power.5 year old child may have this advice is to use these glasses and follow up at some authentic ophthalmologist after 6 weeks.
Nope if dr has prescribed he must have evaluated very well. Use antiglare glases for screen use.
As well as take care of the diet. Stop all kind of junk food. Prefer home made healthy food dry fruits. Fresh fruits freh juices as well as milk. And offckurse fish muton beef frequently. It can b beter.

It depemds on tbe time. Some time after some time the glases are removed and the child becomes normal and some times it may be lofe time. But acording to ur prescription it can be improved.
Keep glases wearing regularly.
Maintain healthy diet.
And avoid screentime r minimize it

since when he z using these glasses??
is this no checked by eye dr or optometrist at any glasses shop...??
and was he given any eye drops before calculating his no..??

he is not using any glasses before his complaint was itching in eyes so today went to Dr for checkup yes checked with eye drops
