Noise In Left Ear

sir i have problem in left is loud noise in left just like vehicle or cloud problem of hearing but only voice comes very sharply.6 month ago i had same problem,I consulted ENT doctor which were due to corona he is on again I have same doctor told me that ur vastibular neuron is little bit advice some medicine.
