Talk to Eye Specialist on Nuclear Cataract

Age 45, male. Doctor told me that my left eye need IOL ( Lens replacement) because of nuclear cataract. My number drop form -7 to -11. I want to ask about the lense. There is mono-focal and multi-focal lens. They told me that the result of multi focal is not 100% satisfied and driving in the night could have a problem but the result of mono focal is perfect but I have to use eye glasses for near sight after the surgery. Kindly advice. Shall I wait or go for the surgery.
