Talk to Eye Specialist on Post Femto Lasik

im dr. Bilal. had a femto lasik surgery on 21 may 2022. right after the surgery i could appreciate that vision in my right is better than left. i told the dr bt he made me comfortable by saying when it ll heal everything will be better. days and days of anxiety. the difference in vision of both eyes may be slight but making me uncomfortable. once in post op visits, the dr. discussed with a fellow that there is micro stria ( may be something in those lines if im not taking name properly ) . he added FML in my prescription too along with already taking one steroid and antibiotic and systaine . now in my visit (2 days ago) he consulted with a fellow dr. to clean the left eye bt at that time , i had a problem of vision distortion so he asked me to leave fml and lessen the frequency of steroids but still im confused and anxious that what is happening with me. what should i do. the problem of both eyes having not equal visoion is still there with lesser ( slight ) in left eye. although i knw
